The hills above Ponce.The concrete Cruceta la Vigia (l.) is in an historic spot overlooking the city where a lookout has always been. This is probably the only thing I've been in of this sort where you get to control your own glass elevator. The Castillo Seralles (r.) just down from the cross is a beautiful mansion built by rum money in the early 20th century.
