Somewhere over the North Atlantic. I can somehow fall asleep in a car in 30 seconds, but I can never sleep on the plane. Here is a photo of sunrise on the wing of the Icelandair 757 taking us to Reykjavik; we wouldn't see total darkness for another 10 days.
